The main objective of the company is to provide high quality service in the application of hard wear-resistant coatings on cutting tools, with a focus on carbon-based nanocomposites. We are the only company in Bulgaria doing hard wear-resistant coatings on tools using reactive magnetron sputtering. The main advantage of this technology towards the vacuum arc deposition is the absence of macroparticles in the coating, which makes it more defect-free, with a higher density and a lower coefficient of friction. As a result cutting forces, therefore the temperature of the cutting edge, decrease, which increases tool's life.
